The U.S. and Russia are testing non-nuclear thermobaric weapons. The "green" weapons are designed to have the direct impact of nuclear weapons but without the negative impact on the environment. In the U.S. it's called the "mother of all bombs" and in Russia, it's the "dad of all bombs."

Now maybe we can confidently plan on sending our grandchildren to college, so they can grow up and effectively deploy global diplomacy.
