Guido Daniele's Painted Hand Watch Ads (UPDATE)

We've featured the extraordinary works by Italian body painter Guido Daniele who uses "Manimali" (hand paintings) before, and now we're giving you an update. He's turned his amazing work into advertisement for watch companies.

Guido loves animals, trees, stones, mountains, oceans, clean water, hair, no war, no violence, respect for human rights. Guido is an idealist who hopes to do something positive in this world.

Guido Daniele was born in Soverato , Italy and now lives and works in Milan. He lived in India from 1972 to 1974 where he attended the Tankas school in Dharamsala. Since 1968 he has been painting and participating in individual and group art exhibitions. In 1972 he started working as hyper-realistic illustrator, in co-operation with major editing and advertising companies. He paints back-stages in different sizes (the biggest ones can be 400 square metres) for artistic and advertising pictures, TV commercials and tv programmes. He also creates trompe l'oeil, both in private houses and public buildings.

Since 2000 he has developed his amazing series of hand paintings which you can look up at: Handpaintings 1 and Handpaintings 2.
