Emerging Fashion Designers

GenArt's Fresh Faces

The new fashion designers that showcased their designs in GenArt's 10th Fresh Faces are L.A.'s next big name to watch for.

In lieu of LA Fashion Week, CW Christian Weber, Dorothy Lee, Marlova, Rhys Dwfen, Suh-Tahn, Wren, Endovanera, Orthodox, and accessory lines from Anita Hopkins, Cerre, Mannin Collection, and Shane by Brooks Salzwedel incorporated new ideas in their collection such as the bubble-bottom dresses and tops paired with shorts, unique variations of hooded pieces in cashmere, tank dresses and a silk-hooded weave-through dress.

The fashion-forward outlook shown by these talents in their Summer '08 collections is expected to inspire change in women's and menswear in the near future.

Gen Art Fresh Faces has produced great talents such as Project Runway winner Jeffrey Sebelia who shared that GenArt has helped his career take off.
