Cancer-Fighting Restaurant Campaigns

Arooga's is Donating to the 'Feel Your Boobies Foundation'

Arooga's, the Pennsylvania-born casual dining establishment, has partnered with the 'Feel Your Boobies Foundation' to donate money to breast cancer research. The campaign involves a flat donation for every pint of cider sold, and a percentage donation for some of the restaurant's popular appetizer items.

Arooga's cider partner, Angry Orchard, is collaborating with the restaurant for the charity campaign. For every Angry Orchard pint sold, the companies will donate one dollar to Feel Your Boobies. Then, Arooga's will donate 10 percent of each of "pink chip" items, viz. their nacho dishes, to the foundation as well.

The Feel Your Boobies Foundation is a non-profit breast cancer organization. It is dedicated to encouraging young women to take a proactive role in their breast health -- hence the slightly bawdy name that appeals to a younger demographic.
