Williams Sonoma, Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert Created 'Salt and Sin'

'Salt and Sin' is the name of a new gourmet chocolate bar from Williams Sonoma that was created in collaboration with Éclat Chocolate, TV personality and chef Anthony Bourdain, as well as French chef Eric Ripert.

The 72% cacao chocolate bar is made with fair trade organic cocoa beans and gets its name from its unique ingredients: Himalayan sea salt, orange, fennel and spices. Although the chocolate bar is not branded with conventional seasonal motifs, Williams Sonoma notes that it offers the perfect way to "celebrate the season of naughty and nice with the festive flavors." Each 2.6-ounce bar is available for $13 exclusively through Williams Sonoma.

Previously, Bourdain and Ripert worked with Éclat Chocolate on the making of the 'Good and Evil' chocolate bar.
