As part of its fall menu, Zizzi's is introducing two new pizzas for vegans: the Vegan Pepperonata Pizza and the Vegan Zucca Pizza. Both pizzas feature a vegan mozzarella alternative that is coconut oil-based.

While the Vegan Pepperonata Pizza is topped with fire-roasted peppers, sunblush tomatoes, pea shoots and hot roquito chillies, the Vegan Zucca Pizza includes a comforting mix of spinach, plus roasted butternut squash and caramelised balsamic onions.

Since last year, Zizzi's has seen a 246% increase in the sales of vegan dishes. The chain was the first restaurant in the UK to offer vegan cheese on pizzas, and it now has a vibrant menu of many options for those who prefer plant-based eating to enjoy.
