10 Muppet Fashion Finds

I am fully expecting to see at least one person wearing one of the t-shirts, shoes or dresses featured among all of these Muppet fashion finds. The Muppets are set to be the coolest thing in the world again thanks to the opening of the new Muppets movie in a few weeks. The buzz generated by the film has led to a slew of collaborations with clothing companies creating some pretty sweet apparel.

Puppet fashion has been coming back in a big way thanks in part to people like Lady Gaga. Lady Gaga has worn some pretty extreme outfits, but my personal favorite has to be her Kermit the Frog jacket from Jean-Charles de Castelbajac's own Muppet-inspired line. Combine that pub with the recent Muppet collaborations with the likes of Adidas and Opening Ceremony and you have a recipe for a new fashion craze. The year 2012 may very well be the year of Muppet fashion goes mainstream.
