17 Unique Tights

It’s not the fact that Lindsay Lohan expanded her leggings collection with tights this year that made me write about hosiery trends of 2009, but it does seem that ‘everybody who’s somebody’ minds the tights. Really, I’ve seen it everywhere, and this year more than any other year. If you want to keep up with fashion, you seriously have to start collecting hosiery. Even if you aren’t a great fan of tights you probably bought at least 5 pairs (and I don’t mean regular black ones) this year. Whether you like it or not, they’ve been everywhere this year, followed you around…almost like a good friend.

Hosiery trends of 2009 have been quite diverse, whether it was flowers, neon colors, geometrical designs, skulls or sheer black, it was all accepted. Throw in a mini dress, some boots, a quilted bag and a biker jacket and you’re set to go.
