It's hard to believe that Brian Atwood has only been designing shoes since 2001. That's right, he's only been in the game for a mere 10 years, and yet Atwood is one of the most recognized and respected names in the fashion industry.

His shoes are on the same level of luxury and innovation as his peers Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo and Nicholas Kirkwood. Celebrity designer Rachel Zoe has famously stated that she owns every pair of shoes the designer has ever created. The two even collaborated a couple years ago to design a pair of suede, thigh-high stiletto boots.
