Simultaneous Worldwide Benefit Runs

The Wings for Life Run Means Running for Those Who Can’t

The Wings for Life Run is a new type of event that has never been done before in either running or any other sporting field. This truly global adventure will include up to forty different locations where everyone will be running simultaneously regardless of their global location.

On the 4th of May 2014, at 10am UTC and equivalent times across the globe, from Saskatoon to Cape Town, thousands of racers will start to run. All runners of any level are encouraged to join the World Run. Catcher cars will be distributed a half hour after the race begins and your run will end once one of the catcher car catches up to you.

100% of the proceeds from the event will go directly to the Wings for Life foundation, which means that 100% of the proceeds will fund research for curing spinal cord injuries. The World for Life Run will unite athletes from around the world for a very special cause: running for those who can’t.
