Nature-Inspired Beer Labels

These 'Wayfinder' Beer Labels Pay Tribute to the Great Outdoors

Canadian ad agency Hired Guns Creative conceived this nature-inspired visual branding for 'Wayfinder Pale Ale.'

Brewed by Big Rock Brewery, the inspiration for this India pale ale label came from the surrounding flora and fauna located around Brewery Creek, British Columbia where the beer was crafted. A printing process was used that mixes both color and transparency for a label that decorates the bottle without obscuring what lies underneath it.

Costal grass and flowers are mixed together with a whiskey jack bird and several yellow and black bumblebees for a visual effect that immediately catches the eye and associates the consumer with outdoor environments. The natural elements surround the attractive 'Wayfinder' typeface without obscuring the view for an effective piece of decorative beer branding.
