Cerámico Suro Presents SCAD AT MIAMI During Design Miami

Savannah College of Art and Design, otherwise known as SCAD works together with Mexican studio Cerámico Suro to present SCAD AT MIAMI during this year's Design Miami. It features a wide range of immersive contemporary art that celebrates culture and craftsmanship from throughout the globe.

A group of alumni students that including the likes of "Nicolas Barrera, Lauren Clay, Gonzalo Hernandez, Cory Imig, Abel Macias, and Nikita Nagpal" took off to Guadalajara in order to create their collection of tiles with the help of artisans at the studio. These tiles are then displayed during the SCAD AT MIAMI installation. Notably, there is a different collection that is presented in the space every single day, including lighting and furniture as well.
