Temporary Mirrored Courtyards

This Year's Mindcraft Exhibition Features an Epic Courtyard Floor

Apart of the annual Mindcraft exhibition at Milan Design Week, a mesmerizing installation by this year's curators has transformed the courtyard of a historic religious cloister. The Mindcraft exhibition is a showcase of Danish design innovations during Milan Design Week.

Located within the Brera district of Milan, the new venue for the Mindcraft exhibition is Chiostro Minore di San Simpliciano, the courtyard of which has been transformed to feature a mirrored floor. The mirror tiles have been installed on top of a temporary platform sitting on top of the courtyard floor.

Sitting atop the mirrored courtyard floor and seen hanging from supportive beams are 14 pieces from 14 different designers and artists that are displayed in black metal cages.
