LED Waterfall Displays

The Japan Pavilion from Teamlab Immerses Guests is an LED Light Show

Teamlab founder Toshiyuki Inoko recently revealed the Japan Pavilion at Expo Milan 2015. The idea for this Inception-inspired LED waterfall was created to fully immerse guests in a psychedelic and experiential exhibit.

The Japan Pavilion features a massive, interactive waterfall of LED lights that cascades from the ceiling to the floor. When guests enter the pavilion they are encouraged to wade through a tunnel of light beams and data. There are many LED lights that contribute to the experience along with visual displays, made with images that are scattered throughout the waterfall.

The pavilion is essentially an abyss and puts its visitors in a dream-like trance. Though society is constantly consumed by technology, this pavilion presents a real-life version of our growing tech obsession.
