Designer Chris Onesto recently started a concept water company in order to warn California residents against excessive water usage. Onesto's campaign consists of a concept company called 'The California Water Company.' The fictional company only fills its bottles about six percent full due to a lack of available resources. Alongside the physical bottles, the campaign also involves billboards that send a harsh message about excessive water usage. The idea behind the project is to fully convey the shocking truth about California's dwindling water reserves.
