Plant-based snack brand Goodness Plant launched a new sub-brand, Bangkok Bites, to relaunch its protein snacks like vegan jerkies. Inspired by staples of Thai cuisine like tom yum and pad thai, these plant-based jerky snacks are served up in vibrant varieties like Tom Yum and Pad Thai, as well as Sriracha and Thai BBQ that stay close to the classic flavor profiles people love.
These snacks were specifically created to address common consumer concerns, and Bangkok Bites' vegan jerky sidesteps flavor and textural concerns with a format that holds seasoning without the need for excess oil or sugar, and has a tender, non-sticky texture. Nutritionally, these vegan jerkies have between 10 to 18 grams of plant-powered protein per pack, and have considerably less fat than others in their category.
