the #BriskMode Accelerator celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month

This past September, the ice tea brand Brisk launched the '#BriskMode Accelerator Program' in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. With a specific emphasis on the work of Hispanic artists and entrepreneurs, the program provided a unique opportunity for young people to express their heritage though their creative medium of choice.

The #BriskMode Accelerator Program ran from September to early October, 2016, during which time an online platform was open for submissions. Those interested were invited to submit art, music or fashion projects that creatively expressed their heritage and culture. Up for grabs was a trip to Long Beach, California, for the first-ever ComplexCon -- a festival celebrating music, style, sneakers and art.

The program was designed to help the brand connect with young, Hispanic consumers by giving them a way to celebrate their culture through creative self-expression As Brisk's Marketing Manager Mandy Mazzeo explained back in September, "We hope that this program will help aspiring cultural artists reach new audiences and hone their craft."
