BettaF!sh's TU-NAH Adds a Taste of the Ocean to Snacks & Sandwiches

TU-NAH is a new plant-based tuna spread range from German plant-based tuna brand BettaF!sh that's fish-free, soy-free and full of ocean flavors. These shelf-stable spreads are offered in varieties like Naturel, Caper + Pepper, Tomato + Chili and Olive, which are packaged in recyclable glass jars. Thanks to seaweed, the spreads add a taste of the ocean to everything from snacks and dips to sandwiches.

These spreads tap into the power of textured fava bean protein to provide a spread that rivals the animal-based original.

The brand is partnering with retail giant ROSSMANN to bring these plant-based tuna spreads to customers and as Sandra Lorenz, MD of the ROSSMANN brand at Dirk Rossmann GmbH, says: "there’s no question that seaweeds are going to shape our future food system."
