BOND Redesigns the Tribeca Loft in New York City

The team at design studio BOND has taken on the task of reimagining the Tribeca Loft in New York City. Nestled in an iconic building, Noam Dvir and Daniel Rachwerger approach the renovation, bringing a modern aesthetic and bright sensibility. Similar to many historic lofts, this space was mostly untouched in the past few decades.

Thus, a large overhaul was needed to change the look to a contemporary space. BOND approached it carefully, ensuring that it preserved its retro charm while enhancing the design. To do so, it underwent intensive renovations -- this included replacing the outdated wiring, taking off the ceiling panels, and integrating a central air conditioning system. These were all essential changes.
