Super Angry Birds is a USB Controller that Provides Force Feedback

For Angry Birds enthusiasts, now you can translate the game into real life with the Super Angry Birds slingshot. Developed by Hideaki Matsui and Andrew Spitz, the Super Angry Birds slingshot is a USB controller that you can attach to your computer to bring the slingshot act in the game into real life.

The USB controller allows you to pull, angle and trigger the slingshot, just as you would in real life and the game. The best part is, the Super Angry Birds controller simulates the force and feeling of an actual slingshot. According to the designers, this was done using progamming in Max/MSP, a customized Arduino-based microcontroller and a hacked motorized slider found from audio mixing consoles.
