Fabrica's Small-Space Concept is Flexible and Modular

Student dorms are often small by nature, but few designs make the most of all available space to offer greater student living space solutions. As part of a Space Scholarship project led by AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a property developer in Thailand, Fabrica challenged itself to come up with a new co-living space concept.

As well as catering to budget-conscious students in Thailand, the design of the co-living space acknowledges that major cities are rapidly growing and outside-the-box living spaces will need to be introduced.

The community-focused concept space prides itself on being modular and flexible, featuring economical bunk beds, partitions and transformative furniture pieces that can be tucked away when not in use. The Space Scholarship is also noted to be an experiment in "social overlapping."
