JUST Egg Can Be Found at Three Street Food Stalls in China

Among popular favorites like steamed buns and deep-fried dough sticks, plant-based JUST Egg can now be found at street food stalls in China. For World Jianbing Day, the brand created a Jianbing Guide that points to the street vendors in Shanghai that offer a vegan version of jianbing—a traditional Chinese breakfast street food that's comparable to a crepe.

As well as being able to discover the plant-based egg alternative at street food stalls in China, people will find that there will be a jianbing pop-up from the Future Food Studio that shares even more creative ways to enjoy the vegan product. The Shanghai studio opened late last year and it sets itself apart as the first all plant-based culinary studio of its kind in the country.
