Sipsmith and Jude's Collaborate on a Gin and Tonic Ice Cream

Knowing that many adults will be looking for a way to cool off in the heat of summer, Sipsmith London Dry created a unique Gin and Tonic Ice Cream.

As well as fusing ice cream and alcohol, the treat brings two brands together. Sipsmith London Dry created this refreshing grown-up dessert in collaboration with Jude’s, a dairy brand that values the same quality crafting as the maker of spirits. The co-branded dessert tubs feature the iconic Sipsmith stripes and prominently call out the collaboration by being called Jude’s Sipsmith Gin and Tonic Ice Cream. This ice cream will be toured across the UK at summer events and soon sold through Selfridges and Ocado.

As far as how it tastes, Sipsmith describes it's a blend of "The delicately balanced botanicals of the Sipsmith London Dry Gin with Jude’s creamy, award-winning crème anglaise base mix, and added a splash of tonic water and lemon."
