St. Peter’s Brewery Created a Zero-Alcohol Elderberry & Raspberry Beer

The newest addition to St. Peter’s Brewery's Without portfolio of alcohol-free products is a full-bodied, smooth and slightly bitter Elderberry & Raspberry beer. The new offering is created in the same way as normal beer products yet the process involves no alcohol.

While many consumers are interested in low- and no-alcohol products, Without specifically fills the 0.0% alcohol category. According to John Hadingham, St Peter’s Brewery's managing director, "Very few brewers have been able to create delicious, rich and full-bodied beers that are truly alcohol-free or that aren’t de-alcoholized."

Well beyond Dry January, a growing number of consumers are showing interest in no-alcohol products that are better aligned with their perspectives on health, wellness and mindful drinking.
