The 'Please Be Seated' installation by Paul Cocksedge is a large-scale outdoor seating solution that has been created to offer a place to rest and unwind in the city without restricting the flow of people.

The installation was created by the designer for the London Design Festival 2019 in Broadgate and is located in the Finsbury Avenue Square. The installation is achieved using a steel structure that has been capped with scaffolding planks to offer pedestrians a place to meet, have lunch, relax and enjoy the outdoor space at their leisure.

The 'Please Be Seated' installation by Paul Cocksedge was commissioned by British Land and will be open to the public for heir enjoyment until October 11.
