Configurable Nomadic Tiny Houses

The 'PICNIC' House by Mauro Polondak Opens From All Sides

The conceptual 'PICNIC' house has been designed as a nomadic home imagined with an ultra-configurable construction to support the needs of the inhabitant.

The home has a space-saving construction to make it suitable for placement in a variety of locations and has a form that opens from all sides to accommodate different needs. The house is capable of changing according to the needs of the person within and utilizes an array of modules to do so. This encourages the person to switch up how the space works for them rather than having to deal with a static design.

The conceptual 'PICNIC' house is the design work of Mauro Polondak in collaboration with colleagues from the Faculty of Architecture Mihaela Klobučar and Magdalena Kačan.
