Later this year, Nabati Plant Eggz are coming to the market as a brand-new plant-based liquid egg replacement made from lupini beans and pea protein. The vegan egg replacer sets itself apart from other comparable products on the market with a formula that's free from both soy and gluten.

The product is said to have just the right taste and texture and with it, the Canadian company hopes to "continue to help us drive the evolution of food for health-conscious consumers everywhere who are committed to building a more sustainable future," according to CEO Ahmad Yehya.

Thanks to a proprietary process, Nabati Foods makes its vegan eggs and the company recently filed patents in Canada, the United States and Australia, and plans on filing in Europe and China as well.
