Prime Roots Created Meatless Meals for Seasonal Enjoyment

Prime Roots just released plant-based holiday bundles for families, couples and singles that will help people enjoy totally meatless Thanksgiving meals. At the center of the Prime Roots Turkey Special is a "juicy plant-based turkey log," which can be enjoyed alongside comforting favorites like plant-based bacon roasted brussels sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, umami gravy and other must-haves like cranberry sauce. Available for individuals and groups up to four people, the bundles are now available to pre-order for Christmas.

Prime Roots uses koji, an umami-flavored Japanese fungus, as the base for all of its alternative meats and the plant-based turkey also features rice, pea protein and pear fiber.

Thanks to an ever-increasing number of seasonal products, it's becoming easier for vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians to enjoy completely meatless versions of their favorite traditional meals.
