Qatar Airways Launches Its Lorenzo Antinori Menu

Qatar Airways introduced a new inflight cocktail and non-alcoholic programme created with mixologist Lorenzo Antinori, featuring a 15-drink lineup designed for First and Business Class cabins and the Airbus A380 Inflight Lounge, with most serves prepared fresh à la minute. The collection centers on four core cocktails — The Aviator, G&Tea, Golden Delilah and Havana Punch — while First Class passengers receive extended premium options such as Tokyo 75 and Japanese Old Fashioned, and Business Class passengers are offered tailored serves including the Italian Highball and Old Smoke.

The spirit roster includes premium gins, Hennessy Cognac, Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum and Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky, while the non-alcoholic menu features options such as Sunrise Punch, Oriental Fizz, White Blossom, Virgin Bloody Mary and Pineapple Margarita. The programme was developed over several months through collaboration between Antinori and Qatar Airways, including work on onboard logistics and cabin crew training.

By taking into account how flavour perception changes at altitude and expanding premium alcohol-free offerings, the programme enhances onboard beverage service while responding to growing demand for sophisticated drinking experiences in premium air travel.
