This Cheesy Infomercial-Style Lighting Commercial Stars Jeff Goldblum

This extremely over-the-top lighting commercial from GE features cheesy sales pitches, overdramatic infomercial fails, testimonials, plus tons of glitz and glamour, but it's perfect at selling you on the GE Link lighting solutions. The commercial stars none other than Jeff Goldblum, who plays "famous person" Terry Quattro.

In the ad, Quattro explains how to install and use the GE Link system and app, in order to become just as rich, famous and successful as he. Goldblum plays the perfect part of a famous actor who has it all and at one point in the ad, there's even a bit of piano playing in a hot tub, as well as fighting in his at-home dojo. The GE Lighting commercial was directed by Tim & Eric, which helps to explain why it's so ridiculous.
