Illegal Burger is a fast-food joint in Oslo, Norway where they pride themselves in their food, their space and their packaging.
The Metric System Design Studio took care of the awesome packaging, decorating burger wrappers with adorable cartoon drawings that were illustrated by Frode Skaren. Each cartoon drawing is colored differently, so the wrapping is colorful and cheery. The images feature vegetables and condiments wearing bandit masks, smoking cigars and even carrying guns.
The Illegal Burger take-out packaging includes simple brown paper bags and cardboard boxes that feature some of the cartoon images.
The interior design of Illegal Burger was done by Al Coulson, who decorated the place colorfully and vibrantly to match the packaging perfectly. The colors blue, green and red are featured on tables, chairs and walls.
