Kroger & Kitchen United are Offering On-Demand Meal Pick Up and Delivery

Ghost kitchen industry leader Kitchen United and American grocery retailer Kroger are teaming up to make it easier for people to get freshly prepared, on-demand restaurant food. The off-premise restaurant kitchen powered by Kitchen United at participating Kroger locations will offer up to six local, regional or national restaurant brands, and when customers go to order via an app, website or on-site kiosk, they will get to add all of their desired items from different brands to one receipt.

The first kitchen center of its kind will be coming to a Ralphs store in Los Angeles. As Atul Sood, Chief Business Officer of Kitchen United, says "We are applying our experience and taking steps to expand in non-traditional ghost kitchen formats such as retail shopping centers and food halls."
