Coca-Cola and Fanta Unveil Their Frozen Slushie Iterations in Japan

Recently, Coca-Cola is keeping up a streak of releasing new flavors of its iconic beverage, and its latest offering is in the form of a Frozen Slushie. The company reportedly took over eight years to develop this frozen drink unveiled today. The manufacturer introduces its first ever slushie of Coca-Cola, alongside its two flavor Fanta line -- available in Orange and Grape soda varieties. The new frozen drink is packaged in a resealable pouch and is made in a Frozen Lemon Coca-Cola flavor. The company expresses that the drink can be consumed both frozen, and not frozen.

The pouch that it is packaged within allows customers to 'massage' their frozen drinks to their own desired consistency of icy goodness. Both the Coca-Cola Lemon flavor and Fanta Grape and Orange are available beginning today exclusively in Japan.
