Vegan Egg Burgers

VeganBurg is Debuting Singapore's First Vegan Sunny-Side-Up Egg on a Burger

While there are plenty of egg burgers prepared for the carnivorous consumer with a sunny-side-up egg, VeganBurg is now launching Singapore's first-ever vegan sunny-side up egg on a burger.

VeganBurg is a plant-based burger chain that is now offering a new limited-edition menu item in celebration of the Hari Raya holiday. The 'Rasa Sayang Burg' (which translates to "Feel the Love") aims to help consumers mark the end of a fast by indulging in a feast with friends and family.

At the center of the Rasa Sayang Burg is a seasoned and breaded with breaded crisp "chik'n" wheat protein patty, which is paired with fresh slices of cucumber, homemade kampong sambal sauce, caramelized onions, vegan aioli, lettuce and a wholemeal bun. In all, the plant-based burger is said to offer a "medley of classic Southeast Asian flavors."
