Dove Plant-Based Body Wash Has Three Skin Conditioners

The Dove plant-based body wash has been introduced by Unilever in the UK as part of a reformulation of the brand's entire line of body washes to offer consumers an ethical option to try out.

The new body wash formula features three skin conditioners alongside gentle cleansers, which will cleanse and support the skin for a fresh yet moisturized feeling. The brand is also launching the Dove Derma Hypoallergenic Care Body Wash that's formulated to alleviate dryness after a single shower and features a fragrance-free formula. The body washes are all packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material bottles, and are PETA-certified as vegan and cruelty-free.

General Manager Personal Care Unilever UK&I Chris Barron spoke on the new Dove plant-based body washes saying, "We’re confident our new plant-based formula and hypoallergenic offering will continue to drive growth for us and the category. Not only does the revamp tap into the growing demand for plant-based and cruelty-free products, but it’s also a superior offering – providing shoppers with ultra-moisturising skincare."
