The Cruickshank House is a Former Flower Bulb Factory in Toronto

The Cruickshank house is a stunning repurposed home in Toronto that formerly played host to Cruickshank's flower bulb factory and distribution center, which closed in 2001. The newly revamped property sees the two formerly separate buildings united as one, creating a spacious, fluid space perfect for hosting large-scale dinner parties or music events, with room for up to 100 people.

Designed by Toronto-based Roundabout Studio, the Cruickshank house incorporates reclaimed materials from the original home and boasts a double-height interior courtyard with a stage.

The home features several references to the site's former uses, including a large perforated steel wall in the interior courtyard brandishing the silhouette of a tulip. The home also boasts plenty of windows and skylights to maximize the property's supply of natural light.
