gon architects Creates the Casa Flix Located in Madrid

The Casa Flix is located in Madrid, Spain and it is an attic renovation process by the Calleo Square. What was once a dark compact environment is now transformed to be versatile and filled with light. This project is headed by gon architects and the team forms a space that overlooks the city from the sixth floor in a historic structure that dates back to 1900.

The building is defined by its sloped roof and unique structure that maximizes space and functionality. The original layout had two rooms and is now reimagined to create four spatial areas the are connected visually.
