A series of three boxes composes the highly modernist dwelling, seemingly inspired by the marvelously minimal residential works of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in the mid-20th century. The floor and roof planes of the structures are emphasized with their fine concrete materiality, leaving the walls completely open to full-length windows.
It's wonderful that the owners can now appreciate expansive views of the gorgeous forested site. They sit across a particularly lovely picnic site from their dining room in the Bridge House by ObjecktCreative.
