Urban Soul Project, in collaboration with UNStudio, has designed The Glade Office Campus — an unbuilt 18,000-square-meter biophilic workplace development in Marousi, Athens, for Prodea Investments. This project was selected as the First Prize proposal in an architectural competition and has recently been named Popular Choice Winner in the Unbuilt Commercial category at the Architizer A+Awards.
The biophilic workplace design is organized around three interconnected ideas. The Forest is a dense planted perimeter that filters noise and pollution. It creates a transition from the surrounding urban context. The Glade is a series of courtyards, plazas, and terraces conceived as clearings within the landscape where curved internal façades frame planted outdoor spaces. Finally, Foliage integrates continuous planting along balconies and terraces throughout the workplace.
