Armless Rocking Chairs

Claudio Colucci's 'Dada' and 'Mini Dada' Fuse Fun with Function

Austrian-Italian designer Claudio Colucci and French editor Ligne Roset have teamed up to present the 'Mini Dada' fabric-covered rocking chair. This is a smaller version of the previously introduced 'Dada.'

The rockers are intended to merge adult sensibilities with the spirit of childhood play. The style is fused with humor and function, and brightly dressed for play.

The rocking chairs are foam on wooden frames with fabric coatings and are available from Stylepark.

Implications - Claudio Colucci is something of a phenomenon. In his younger days, he qualified for the Graphic Design program at the School of Decorative Arts in Geneva. He eventually went to Paris where he studied Industrial Design at ENSCI-LES Ateliers. If that wasn't enough education, Collucci attended Kingston Polytechnic, before finally settling on Tokyo as a city and place for artistic collaboration, leading him to work with IDEE.
