These Photoshopped Animal Images Look Three-Dimensional

Artist and Photoshop expert Maxim Shkret designed these detailed animal images to look seemingly 3D. The collection, titled 'Predators,' features images of some of the most vicious creatures in the animal kingdom constructed entirely using Adobe Photoshop CS5.

Maxim Shkret combined various software programs like 3D Studio Max and Zbrush to achieve the seemingly corrugated look of these photoshopped animal images that look like they were constructed using paper and cardboard, rather than a computer. Each picture is filled with elegant swirls, vivid color and beautiful symmetry juxtaposed against a black background.

The series includes illustrations of a wise-looking owl, a fierce black bear and a hazel-eyed lion. The star of the series is without a doubt the elegant red fox with stunning orange eyes, pointy ears and delicate fur.
