Zrou Chef Creations are Co-Created with Renowned Chefs

China's leading plant-based meat brand, Zrou, will be making its international debut at the 2022 Plant-based World Expo in New York and showcasing a 'More Good’ version of Chinese cuisine. At the event, attendees will have the opportunity to sample a range of Zrou Chef Creations, including Zrou Northern Style Buns with Shiitake and Bean Sprouts developed in partnership with Chef Hu Zhang; Zrou Singaporean Curry Meatball and Rice made with Jereme Leung (world-renowned chef and winner of the Five Star Diamond Award by the American Academy of Hospitality Science.)

Zrou also makes Shanghainese Braised Zrou Rice, Zrou Mapo Tofu and Zrou Old Beijing Zhajiang Noodles, all of which offer a convenient and gourmet take on everyday plant-based eating.
