Serene Coastal Yoga Studios

The 'Warrior One' Yoga Studio Design Creates a Rich Sensory Experience

For Warrior One's second yoga studio design in Melbourne, Australia, design studio Golden found itself inspired by the brand's connection to the ocean and set out to create a sensory experience for guests through the use of texture.

The serene studio embraces a soothing scheme of light colors, like many comparable yoga studio designs, but the emphasis is on the texture of the wood, fabric, brass, marble and other materials that have been mindfully used throughout the interior space. The studio consists of a reception area, a space for guest amenities and a main room for movement, which can easily be identified by its sliding solid oak doors.

As Golden describes, "Our desire was to create a calming retreat... a welcoming, bright space with warmth and a chill surfer vibe."
