For this initial section, an island has been extended from the harbour to allow people with yachts to park their boats, then enjoy the restaurants and shopping close-by. One of the goals of this part of the project was to have the buildings reflect the region. From one angle the addition blends in seamlessly with the surroundings, taking on a sandy brown color that's indistinguishable from the area.
