Watsons and Pantone Have Created Watsons Evergreen

Watsons partnered with the Pantone Color Institute to create Watsons Evergreen, an official brand colour introduced to mark the retailer’s 185th anniversary. The vivid blue-green hue was designed to evoke vitality, care and reassurance while reflecting both the company’s heritage and its future-facing identity.

The colour will appear in a global campaign rolling out across 16 markets in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Watsons Evergreen will be incorporated into customer and community activations, alongside a curated product range, helping unify the retailer’s visual assets, communications and in-store experiences across regions.

For consumers, a named signature colour can strengthen brand recognition and make assortments and messaging feel more cohesive. The partnership reflects a broader trend of retailers using proprietary colours as strategic branding tools to communicate wellbeing, reinforce trust and build an emotional connection with customers at scale.
