Local design group Saeed Mirmohamad Sadeghi and Ladan Zarei created the Villa No 30, located one hour west of Iran's capital, Tehran.
The single-family villa is placed on a generous lot, designed within an 800 square foot structure as per city bylaws. The roof offers a continuous surface that holds the core of the glass structure, providing extended shade from the sun on the south side. The painted side panels are made from a high-end glass that create a seemingly invisible structure, with an added mirror to reflect the surrounding trees and landscaping. The interior features clean lines, calming colors and dark wood accents to give a modern and luxurious feel to anyone that visits.
The Villa No 30 opens to the outdoors to allow natural airflow and tonnes of natural light continuously flowing through.
