Having an upside down lamp in your house would usually make you want to flip it back to the right side up, but Anna Van Der Lei’s designs is supposed to be looked at the "wrong" way.

Her project, titled "Lowlight," is all about how artificial light becomes the centre of the house after dark. Because we usually look down as light comes from above, Anna Van Der Lei wanted to have the chance to look up, and therefore created a lamp that shines from below.
