Multi-Level Underground Malls

This Massive Underground Mall Will Consist of Six Different Levels

The Hyundai Motor Group is currently building a massive underground mall in Seoul's ritzy Gangnam district. Planned as part of an effort to connect different transit lines within the city, the new mall will cater to urban commuters looking for a convenient place to shop.

The new underground mall will consist of six different floors and will be just as big the city's popular Coex Mall. The mall will feature a mix of retail and restaurants located between different transit lines. More specifically, the mall will service six different rail lines and 90 different bus routes. Overall, the mall is expected to serve more than 580,000 commuters each day.
