On his Behance page, the artist discusses how the fall of humanity is now a common point of discussion in the media. Since the end of World War Two and the advent of nuclear weapons, the possibility of Armageddon has maintained an uneasy persistence in the public psyche. The realization of global warming and peak oil only adds to such anxiety.
In particular, the series seeks to address the public discourse surrounding these dire themes. That is the conservation that can be achieved through visual mediums between people who do not share a common language.
