Tiled Camouflage Houses

The TR House Provides Privacy with Strategically Placed Tiles

The 'TR House' blends in with its surrounding environment and provides privacy for its residents.

Designed by the Barcelona-based architecture firm 'PMMT,' the home is three storeys tall, is positioned on a sloping area and is partially inside the ground. Most of the camouflage house is covered in vertical chestnut boards, while a checkerboard pattern of tiles surrounds the house's exterior. The tiles make up a screen that provides privacy and shade to the home's residents while still allowing them to enjoy the outdoors. The interior of the home is open-concept and has integrated vegetation in the form of plants and trees.

The TR House is an excellent mix of modern and natural elements while providing quirky and functional protection for its residents.
